Mall Call - Röyksopp (DJ set)

RÖYKSOPP [DJ-SET]
Modern electronic pop would sound very different without Röyksopp. Ever since Svein Berge and Torbjørn Brundtland introduced their unmistakable blend of organic textures, downtempo electronics, club music and pop on the seminal "Melody A.M." in 2001, the Norwegian duo have made a career out of dissolving the boundaries between the dancefloor and the headphones. Along the way, an almost absurdly good instinct for collaborators – from Robyn and Lykke Li to Karin Dreijer and Susanne Sundfør – has helped turn that vision into some of Scandinavian electronic music’s most enduring songs. But before the albums, international hits and increasingly ambitious audiovisual worlds, Röyksopp were DJs, producers and remixers with their roots firmly planted in electronic music. Their recent "True Electric" (2025) project has brought that side of the duo back into focus, reimagining their catalogue through a distinctly clubbier lens. At Mall Call, Röyksopp return to the DJ booth for a set where their own music meets the electronic sounds that have inspired them for more than three decades.
